I will never forget the enjoyment of this part time work. This was a great job, extremely laided back and easy. The pay was good and I learned alot working here. This was my first job at 16, and I worked there until it closed. Pay wasn't bad, but once you became a manager you would be expected to put in endless OT because they kept cutting labor hours - as you were salaried, they considered you "free coverage" to make up for those hours.

Would often work hour weeks, and had to go out at midnight and purchase copies of new releases if they couldn't get studio deals for them. Always understaffed, never enough labor hours on top of it, awful management from corporate. I left about a year before they closed for good and it was the best decision I ever made.
