Delta flight arriving seattle

We made it to the end of a North America — Africa trip; the last flight of of our thirteen flight trip. We were eager to get home at this point as this was the third flight of the day. Seattle, like most other United States of America departure points, does not actually allow you to take the duty free with you on purchase and instead deliver it to the gate.

We had a last minute gate change from the South Satellite Terminal over to the A Gates in the main terminal. We tore over there, via the subway, and unfortunately, the re-assigned gate agents had already started boarding despite being among the first group of people getting off the train.

We had to wait for the duty free girl as well so we ended up boarding late so unfortunately. The seating remains a configuration in First Class, with the usual compact seating and overhead bin cabin storage arrangements on the Embraer equipment type. We ended up sleeping through the beverage service and it was less than one hour before we were landing back in Vancouver.
