I had my shower re tiled and wanted to purchase a frameless shower enclosure. I called Samuels Glass co and was advised that this was custom glass work and I needed to speak with Kathy at the San Pedro location to schedule someone to come out and measure for an estimate. I called and asked for her and was told she was at lunch so I left a message with a number for her to call me back, she never did so I called back over and over again.

When I finally reached her I found her to be quite arrogant and rude however I was able to get an appointment scheduled.

The tech came out and took the measurements then the fun really started. I put my project on hold and waited for her to call with the estimate. This was in June and it is now September and still no call from Kathy and no estimate. This Lady must own the Company or at least be the owners wife or child to have that attitude and get away with it.

What's funny is I was set on using Samuels Glass co for this job all I needed was the price and to schedule the work and she convinced me that I should go elsewhere. I ended up calling San Antonio Shower Doors and it was all done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I guess I should thank Kathy because she probably saved me some money and I am certain she saved me some headaches down the road.
